Golf course partnerships

Partner your golf course with VGA. It is free.

VGA sends players to your course. They book on your tee sheet. They pay your green fee and your cart fee. You keep that money. VGA does not take a listing fee, a monthly fee, or a cut of the round.

All of the green fee stays with your course.

Your tee sheet

Players book through your own tee-sheet link. VGA does not take the reservation.

Here is what your course gets.

Applications are open now. The course page, the QR signs, the clubhouse display, and the pro pages are being built. Sending an application does not turn a course on by itself. VGA confirms the course and the person applying before the course is listed as a partner.

Your course gets its own page.

The page shows your logo, your rates, a link to your tee sheet, your pro shop, and your teaching staff. When a player wants a time, the link goes to your booking system, not to ours.

A sign at the first tee and the turn proves the round was played at your course.

We will give you a printed QR sign for the first tee and another for the halfway house. The player scans it with the VGA app. That scan ties the round to your property. A scan by itself does not make the score official. The player still has to be on the course, and a playing partner still has to sign the card. Together, those three things are what VGA calls a verified round.

A screen in the clubhouse shows who is playing your course today.

Put a screen behind the counter or in the bar. It reads “Playing VGA today” and shows your course’s net ranking. The names come only from rounds that were signed and accepted. Members stop, look, and ask how to get on it.

Your course name is written on the player’s Tour Card.

When a round is accepted, the card says “Verified at [your course].” Every round a member posts from your property carries your name on his record.

Choose ways to fill your tee sheet.

You pick the programs that fit your course. These are being built with the first partner courses. VGA does not promise a full tee sheet, and VGA does not assign an event to a course automatically.

Turn a quiet Tuesday morning into a standing game.

Pick a morning that is usually open. VGA members book that time on your tee sheet and pay your normal green fee and cart fee. You keep the round. VGA uses the day as a net game, so a 20-handicap is ranked against other 20-handicaps.

Keep your league. Drop the paper scorecards.

Your men’s, women’s, or senior league keeps playing at your course and keeps paying your league fee. The scores go into VGA instead of onto a clipboard. VGA builds the handicap board. You still run the league.

Let a player name your course as home.

A player can set your course as his home course. His rounds there count toward a course championship inside his region. The course champion is recognized at your club. A plaque is optional and agreed with you.

Host a regional day or ask about the Florida final.

Tell us if you want to host an on-course regional day, or if you want to be considered for the Florida final. If you are selected, the players pay your green fees, carts, and banquet. Selection and terms are agreed separately. On-course events stay on grass. Bay Championship finals are played at bays and simulators, not at your course.

Give each pro a free page.

Each teaching professional gets a page with a link to book a lesson. The player books and pays the pro directly. VGA does not take a commission on lessons in the first year.

Put VGA gear in the shop, and give new members a card.

Planned gear includes VGA shirts and the VGA Intelligent Golf Ball by AURA, licensed by VGA Network. Ball integration with the VGA app is in development. Consignment or wholesale pricing and supply are agreed separately. You can also give a new member a Basic membership or a Tour Card.

Beyond recovery

Not a gimmick. An on-course witness.

VGA’s goal goes beyond finding a lost ball: connect each strike and recorded lie to your scorecard through the proprietary VGA app.

VGA Intelligent Golf Ball by AURA, licensed by VGA Network. VGA app integration and the capabilities below are in development.

  • Kinetic strike verificationDetect real impacts and connect them to stroke recording, reducing reliance on manual entry.
  • Surface & lie mappingCombine ball sensing with course maps to support more accurate shot locations and lie records.
  • Round integrityLink impact events and recorded ball locations to strengthen the round’s verification trail.
  • Ball recoveryUse phone-based proximity guidance to help find your ball and keep play moving.
  • Quality construction, accessible pricingTarget multi-layer construction, a soft cover and everyday affordability.

On-course events stay on grass. Bay Championship finals belong at entertainment bays or indoor simulators in the player’s region — never mixed with the on-course field.

You can apply in four steps.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the course.

The head pro, the general manager, or someone they authorize fills out the free application.

  2. 02

    VGA checks the course.

We confirm the course is real and that the person applying is allowed to sign for it. Then the course can be listed.

  3. 03

    Set up the page.

We agree on the profile, the booking link, and where the first-tee and halfway-house signs will go, as those tools are ready.

  4. 04

    Pick the programs.

Start with Tuesday, the league, the pros, or hosting. You do not have to take all of them.

VGA is paid by player memberships and Tour Cards. We are not paid by your listing, your green fees, or your carts. A free course page does not change what a player needs in order to post a verified round.

Introduce your golf course.

There is no fee to apply. Tell us who runs your course and which programs interest you. VGA saves your application for review. We do not ask for payment details.
