1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our services, or interacting with our digital assets (including VGA Network platform tokens, scorecards, or vaults), you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have reviewed these terms with a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration & User Conduct

Eligibility: Users of all ages are welcome to participate in rankings, gameplay, and community features across the VGA Network. However, certain financial or Web3 features may have age limitations or require parental consent as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and wallet access.

Prohibited Behavior: Users may not engage in cheating, exploiting software vulnerabilities, harassment, automated bot farming, or fraudulent activities within rankings and leaderboards.

3. Digital Assets, Vaults, and Scorecards

Scorecards (NFTs): Membership scorecards and digital tokens issued on the VGA Network represent achievement, access tiers, or participation metrics.

Memberships: Membership tiers are recurring software subscriptions priced in US dollars. No membership requires holding or locking digital assets.

4. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis by Gridshift Studios LLC. We are not liable for blockchain network congestion, gas fee fluctuations, third-party wallet security failures, or external smart contract interactions outside our direct control.
