Privacy Policy & COPPA-Safe Minors Flow

1. Information We Collect

To provide a smooth gaming, simulation, and ranking experience, we collect minimal necessary data:

• Account usernames or display names.
• Email addresses (optional or for account recovery, with parental verification where applicable).
• In-game metrics, scores, telemetry data, and leaderboard rankings.

2. Children's Privacy and COPPA Compliance (Users Under 13)

We fully support a safe environment for younger participants (such as family-friendly game modes and youth ranking categories):

No Personal Data Harvesting: We do not knowingly collect personal identifying information (like full names, home addresses, or phone numbers) from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

COPPA-Safe Flow: If a user indicates they are under 13 during registration, the platform automatically restricts data collection to pseudonymous handles and gameplay telemetry only. Real-name data collection, marketing tracking, and external financial onboarding are disabled for these accounts unless a parent or legal guardian explicitly grants authorization through our parental consent portal.

Public Rankings: Minors can participate in public scoreboards and leaderboards using safe, user-generated display nicknames that do not reveal their real-world identities.

3. How We Use Information

Data is used strictly by Gridshift Studios LLC to maintain leaderboards, process digital milestones, secure user-controlled vault preferences, and ensure fair play on the VGA Network. We do not sell user data to third parties.

4. Contact Us
